Meet Bentley!

Our Life

September 7, 2010

Meet my new dog named Bentley!  He is a Border Collie from Stamper border collies down in Lebanon, Ohio.  He was born on May 28th, 2010 and I picked him up right when I got back from the family vacation in July.   Some of my clients have already met him ( as he is whining in the kitchen to come out and play with everyone during meetings) and always ask ” Where are all the dog pictures on your blog?!”  I did post one in the summer overview, but he has yet to have his own post.  I post tons of pictures of him on my personal facebook page… I think his album has something like 60-80 photos in it.. its scary.  Here is some info about him.

He is a Border Collie ( yippie!)

Tri color mix ( means super cute!)

Born on May 28th, 2010

Loves to play with tennis balls – if you put two or more in front of him its very funny to see him debate and try to figure out how he can get both balls in his mouth.

He loves going for walks.  We just started to run a bit so hopefully we can continue with that.

He is in puppy classes currently at PetSmart.  There are only 8 puppies in the class and of course he is the most hyper out of all of them.  I can walk him for hours and play ball for hours and the minutes we can into class he is still crazy.  I am still trying to figure out if it was a good move for him to be in the class. Most of what we are learning right now is stuff that I have already taught him or am currently working on him with – so not a lot of new information. I will give a full review at the end of the 8 weeks for anyone who is looking to start the puppy classes.  I am not to impressed with them at the moment… but we will see! I have high hopes for the classes.  There are some places around Reynoldsburg that do agility and specialize in working with border collies so I might switch and continue his education over there!

Now… on to photos!  These were mostly taken over labor day weekend.  There was a field that he was enjoying for most of the weekend.  He was running and jumping through it a TON!  I think he thought he was part deer or something…

This image cracks me up!
