I met up with Alisha and Andrew at The Ohio State University to start off their engagement session. It is always so much fun to go back to OSU to do a session. It is always crazy to me how much the campus has changed since I graduated in 2009. It doesn’t seem that long ago, but since they were doing so much construction when I left – it is so different!! The three of us starting out by taking some pictures on The Oval in some buckeye gear since they both went to OSU.
Alisha talked about going to Cosi and taking some pictures behind along the river. I had never taken any pictures back in Cosi before so I was pretty excited to do so. It was so pretty back there with the grass steps that lead down to the river. They did a quick wardrobe change to for the Cosi pictures. and went over to Scioto Mile that was a hop, skip and jump away. The light was amazing on the bridge and I am so happy that we headed over there to finish up the session. This is one of the things that I love about engagement sessions is the fact that we can always time it out perfectly to enjoy the gorgeous sunset at all of our engagement sessions. This sunset was spectacular and amazing on the bridge. I am seriously so excited that they were able to get this light. On wedding days we never know if we are going to get sunsets or night – this year we have had tons of clouds and rain for majority of our weddings – so some sunlight and sunsets for engagements are a blessing!
Here are some pictures from their engagement session!
