I was able to go to the Lancaster Farm Market early this morning.  They are open at 8am until noon on Saturdays, and on Wednesdays they are open from 10am-2pm. I was so excited that I was able to go today. I looked at my calendar this morning and noticed that this Saturday is the only free Saturday I have until July 30th! CRAZY! I have so many weddings between now and then.  I am sure there might be one or two Saturdays that I can sneak to the market before I head off to a wedding. Next Saturday is not one of them – 7am start time with Ashlee and Nathan on the 11th! I should have bought some ground up coffee at the farmers market 🙂

Here are some of the products that I did buy. I was really going to look for some yummy spinach feta bread from The Great Harvest Bread company. They didn’t have any – so I settled on garlic herb which was just as delicious.

I found some great strawberries – I already have strawberries growing in my garden. I used a lot of them in last nights dessert, so it was great to get some more to make some jam.

 

 

I was so excited to get some more honey.  This was from a different place then I got honey the last time I bought local honey.  They had a honey body scrub which I can not wait to try!

If you get a chance get down to the Lancaster Farmers Market on Saturdays  or Wednesdays! I know I will be going to the Wednesday market now since my Saturdays are few for browsing the market!
